Remedial massage is a targeted, hands-on therapy that works with the soft tissues of the body — muscles, tendons and connective tissue — to reduce tension, support recovery and improve the way your body feels and moves.

Karen brings over 30 years of experience working with athletes, sporting teams and everyday people — from elite indoor cricket tours and national netball teams through to individual clients at her Yeronga home clinic.

Sessions are tailored to what you need on the day, whether that's recovery after training, working with an injury, or simply moving and feeling better.

Awareness Through Movement classes are guided group lessons where you're talked through a series of gentle, structured movements. You move at your own pace, paying attention to how your body feels, and exploring different ways of organising movement.

There's no forcing, no stretching to end range, and no "right or wrong" — just an opportunity to learn what works best for you. Over time, this process helps improve flexibility, coordination, balance and overall comfort in your body.
